Today 8.30am i was in tampines gym & tat my first time there! I meet Joe...

First starting when i was running on the track mail it was alright everybody look normal!

but not long i see a big big size people :X i look so small size...

then carry dumbell i carry 9kg i see one big big size gor gor carry 15kg... so much more then me...

I was outcast! So at 9.30 we run in the tampines stadium 6round 2640meter!

last 200meter we spring all the way!

Now i look so tanned...
